Notice of Annual Elections
Posted on May 6, 2021 by Matt Tielkemeijer
On May 27, 2021, we will vote for 4 Board of Directors positions. Three positions will be for three years, and one position will be for one year. Due to vandalism, the community center does not have water or power. The election will be held at the old volunteer firehouse located at 1108 Mustang Trail. Due to social distancing currently in place we will have our meeting virtually at 7:30 p.m.
Early voting will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; voting during the meeting will be at the same location from 7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Ballots will be on a clipboard. Please take one ballot and vote for your four preferred choices. If you do not see your preferred choice you may write-in your preferred choice.
You must sign your ballot or it will not be counted. We will provide pens, but you may wish to vote and sign with your own pen. Place your ballot in the ballot box at the other end of the table after signing your ballot.
There will be people across the street to answer any questions you may have.
Announced candidates at the time of this article are: Meredith Crowe, Randy Koshnick, Traci
Matthews, Debra Vaughn and Cameron Williams. If you wish to have your name placed on the ballot, call me at 281-799-0244 by May 17, 2021.
