Forest Cove Property Owners  Public Meeting Notes 

7/22/21 

 

 

The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm.  The meeting was held virtually. 

Financial Report: 

Wade H.- Collected 88 - 90% of our revenue for the year, 2nd notice had an effect. Expenses in line with budget. 

President’s Report: 

Joy S. -4 th of July was a success. Thank you all. Some issues at pool, hired Security and reduced hours to balance expenses. Pool has been inspected and re-inspected. Will reopen on Friday (7/23) 

Committee Reports: 

ACC, Deed Restrictions, Building and Grounds, Pool and Marina, Super Neighborhood Council, Drainage, and Legal. 

Of note: Super Neighborhood Council does not meet during the summer, Marina will stay closed until townhomes are removed due to vandalism. No new issues on Drainage to report but neighbors can report issues via email to weareforestcove@gmail.com or leave on our Forest Cove website; also, you may reach out to Traci Matthews at traci.matthews@hotmail.com– put Forest Cove Drainage in the subject line. 

Resident Comments and Concerns: 

Residents brought up cleaning of culverts, tree on Century Link line at Burning Tree and Hogan’s Alley, upkeep of areas leading to Forest Cove, and the Golf Course. 

With no other business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 7:56pm.
