FCPOA Public Meeting 1/27/2022  Participants: Joy S, Wade H, Randy K, Deb V, Stephanie C, Matt T, Meredith C The meeting was called to order at 7:32pm by President Joy Sadler  A motion was made and passed to accept the minutes as written    Financial Report – Wade H.  Financial report looks good. 25k over approved budget due to Pool repairs/projects & Legal expenses. Increase in fees and reserves have helped us balance finances President’s Report – Joy S.  Working on Golf Course legal issues, Air BnB/commercial activities not allowed, reach out to CoH to assist with deed restrictions.  Committee Reports:  ACC – Wade H. – nothing unusual to report. Uptick in repairs due to storm. Deed Restrictions – Deb V. – 4 trailers reported this month, letters sent out on Air BnB. Community Relations – Matt T. – Storm damage will bring contractors and commercial debris – stay vigilent.  Building & Grounds – Randy K. – Permit approved on Firehouse. Area around pool and Community Center maintained.  Pool – Randy K. –Pool close to being back to normal – area looks good. Marina – Randy K. – being maintained.  Super Neighborhood Council -Randy K. – nothing pertaining to Forest Cove. New trails coming together. Drainage – Cameron W. – not available  Legal – Joy S. – going back and forth, dialog with developer and seeing what can be made of the situation.  Resident Comments and Concerns: any update on digging ditches along Chestnut Ridge?   Old Business: none  New Business:  Randy K asked if anyone has a tractor with box blade or front loader, we need it to spread the fill along the road to the marina.
