FCPOA Public Meeting 11/18/21 Participants: Joy S, Wade H, Randy K, Stephanie C, Cameron W, Steve A, Matt T, Meredith C. The meeting was called to order at 7:40 pm by President Joy Sadler, delayed due to technical difficulties with Google Meet. A motion was made and passed to accept the minutes as written. Financial Report – Wade H. Our budget is in-line, collections just over 90%. President’s Report – Joy S. Spoke with Counsel on golf course property, served Ron Holley – 20 days to respond. Working with CoH on water meter issues. Committee Reports: ACC – Wade H- normal permit activities this month, nothing unusual. Deed Restrictions – Deb V – a report is not available at this time Safety & Security – Matt T – Crime report from October PIP shows one incident. Reached out to City on Heavy Trash – they are aware of not meeting the scheduled dates – ask for patience. Building & Grounds – Steve – nothing new to report. Pool – Randy – Pool closed for the season, experiencing algae but water is circulating. Marina – Randy – still closed – maintaining grounds, no dumping at this time. Super Neighborhood – Randy K. issues did not relate to Forest Cove, dredging San Jacinto again, behind on North Park expansion. Drainage – Cameron – nothing to report. Traci Matthews – unable to clearly understand update due to technical audio issues – will add notes when presented. RV Park – Joy/Traci – planning committee accepted 16 months ago as there are no restrictions on zoning. Golf Course/Planning Committee – Joy/Traci – Go Fund Me page created and some funds coming in - Joy has received checks – donations are appreciated. Legal – Joy S. – covered in President’s report. Comments & Concerns – residents discussed concerns with the RV Park and possible solutions, mailbox thefts, Tachus internet installation and availability. Meeting for December will be held on 12/16 due to the holiday. Old Business: None New Business: CoH took out water meter to pool, working to correct situation. Motion made to adjourn at 8:21 pm
