The Forest Cove POA Board of Directors is calling a special meeting for Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at 7:00pm. The meeting will take place at the Forest Cove Community Center on Marina Dr. The purpose of this meeting is to nominate an Election Committee for the upcoming Board of Directors election on May 22, 2014. The Election Committee will also be responsible for insuring that all rules and regulations pertaining to the Forest Cove bylaws and the state of Texas Property Code are fully respected and enforced. Further, the Election Committee will announce the number of seats up for election and the known candidates. Any Forest Cove property owner is allowed to announce his or her candidacy at this meeting and will be added to the ballot upon confirmation of property ownership. If you wish to run for the Board of Directors, please come to this meeting to announce your candidacy.

Kingwood Area Traffic Study

The TIRZ Kingwood Traffic Study is ongoing and will invite public input at the next public meeting on May 13, 5:30pm at the Kingwood Community Center, located 4102 Rustic Woods Dr, Kingwood, TX 77345. I strongly urge Forest Cove property owners to show up and voice their concerns particularly regarding traffic on Forst Cove Dr, Walnut and Hamblen Rd. The TIRS study will consider widening Hamblen Rd and even connecting it to Woodland Hills. Concerned residents need to have their voices heard.
Be there!
